Community Based Assisted Living

Medical Assisted Living Waiver Program(Eligibility required)

This service provides supportive care by trained staff which involves some of the following: medication oversight, medication administration, social and recreational programming, personal care services, intermittent, skilled nursing services, phone call systems, transportation specified in the Plan of Care, and 24 hour on-site response staff to meet scheduled unpredictable needs to promote dignity and independence. Residents are responsible for their own room and board charges.

Respite Care/Short Term Resident

With this care, the resident is able to receive and enjoy the main services, amenities and care as clients who reside at Platinum Plus Care full-time. This intervention is an attempt to restore the individual to a life requiring minimal assistance, if any. During this stay, the client can have the option to stay a day, a weekend or up to a few months if desired
